A subscription, on the other hand, offers greater freedom to modify your terms as your needs evolve.
Our plan offers a low base rate with the flexibility to adjust your excess, add an additional driver, or simply continue with us at a lower rate – it's entirely up to you!
With a minimum rental period of just 30 days, you can test out your scooter without committing long-term. Want to upgrade after 8,000kms? No problem! Just request a swap through our easy-to-use online system, and we’ll have a new scooter delivered to you.

We offer free service and general maintenance at your location, with a minimum 24-hour notice required (excluding weekends). Alternatively, you can visit our workshop Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm.

Once you complete our pre-rental process, we offer free scooter delivery within the Melbourne Metro area, including suburbs like Richmond, Collingwood, and Kew.
Our team will confirm a delivery time and date that works best for you.
After subscribing with us, a refundable bond of $200 is required to cover potential scooter damage. Once the scooter is returned in good condition with no major issues, and all invoices are settled, we’ll process the bond refund within 3 business days.
The first week's rental payment is also due upfront to keep everything running smoothly. By setting up direct debit, you won’t have to worry about tracking payments—just submit your details, and our system will handle the rest automatically!
When your scooter is returned or picked up, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection and test ride. Once the scooter passes the inspection, our accounts team will verify that all invoices are cleared.
After passing all checks and reviews, we will initiate the transfer to your account. The refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 2-3 business days.
If you experience a breakdown or accident with your scooter, please notify us immediately. Our team will respond as quickly as possible. In the meantime, make sure to gather as much evidence of the incident as you can while still on-site—take photos and collect details of all parties involved. For accidents, please ensure you get a reference number and contact details for the regulating authority handling the incident and inform us of these details.
Please also complete the accident/breakdown form online within 24 hours of the incident.

We require a 100-point ID check to be completed, with documentation provided at the time of delivery or pick-up.
Acceptable forms of ID include a combination of an Australian driver's licence, international licence, photo ID, and/or passport.
